Manage and program building management systems (BMS).

Deliver services for property operation and maintenance, including customer/client services, budget management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management.
Ensure all key performance indicators are met.

Provide technical advice to Facilities Engineers, technicians, and project teams.
Perform maintenance planning, implementation, and review of site-specific engineering processes and protocols.
Ensure all essential site activities, including maintenance, are performed safely and efficiently, complying with all relevant policies and regulations.
Monitor MEP maintenance services for quality and timely delivery.
Lead audits to ensure safety procedures, disaster recovery, business continuity plans, and escalation procedures are in place and maintained.
Act as the engineering point of contact, working with system leads on forecasts and planning.
Facilitate Work Order processing (CMMS /Corrigo workflow).
Lead team members in task execution.
Report and escalate incidents; act as the point of contact for engineering escalations.
Monitor spend and budgets for engineering contracts.
Provide effective solutions for site daily operations and technical issues.
Foster positive working relationships by meeting and exceeding service level agreements.
Mentor and train staff, ensuring they have necessary equipment and tools for safe job performance.
Lead the team in inspection, testing, and maintenance of facilities systems, ensuring compliance with local codes.
Contribute to investigating facilities-related issues; lead troubleshooting and restoring systems.
Contribute to achieving financial targets, KPIs, and meeting service level agreements.
Perform risk assessments & Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
Maintain documentation of all maintenance performed, including system deficiencies.

Diploma or degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
Experience in electrical and safety, HSE programs is a plus.
