  • The position may support the development of proposals to apply to competitive solicitations and funding opportunities.
  • This position will support growth initiatives through a variety of tasks in a complex development environment that includes competitive regulated transmission, clean hydrogen and non-traditional opportunities to grow our utilities.
  • Participate in discussions with vendors to discuss and assess technologies relates to Hydrogen, Transmission, and other commercial development initiatives.
  • Tasks can include conducting industry analysis, maintaining action items, preparing presentations, and reviewing competitive bid submittals.
  • Conduct research on state and federal energy policies and keep abreast of developments in the energy industry.

  • Students graduating in May/June 2026 are not eligible unless they are enrolling in a post-graduate degree program in the fall term of 2026.
  • 3.0 GPA
  • The successful incumbent(s) must be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, and/or Business Management, and graduating between December 2026 and May 2029.
  • Because this position will require traveling to various PSEG locations, a valid driver's license and a safe driving record is required.
  • Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 is required

  • PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent. Incumbents must have completed freshman level course work for consideration.
