This role supports the Electric division by providing on‑site construction supervision for industrial electrical projects across multiple states. The incumbent will oversee crews, manage field operations, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and execution throughout the project lifecycle, delivering a well‑coordinated job site that stays on schedule and meets performance expectations.
- Lead on‑site planning, material and equipment management, and enforce job site safety.
- Oversee daily progress and report to the project team.
- Interpret drawings and installation standards to manage project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers on scheduling, cost tracking, and procurement.
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure Job Hazard Analysis completion.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and on‑site support to personnel.
- Build and maintain a 3‑week look‑ahead schedule.
- Act as KE representative for inspectors, landowners, and OSHA visits.
- Manage documentation, change orders, and construction administration.
- Review timecards and job costs for accuracy and accountability.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Project or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Bring required industrial electrical construction experience.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and forecast scope.
- Exhibit strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Travel up to 100% across regional states, including overnight stays.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
