Complete payments efficiently and accurately, as per organizational guidelines.
Provide administrative support for property operations, including lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and other site-level responsibilities.
Assist management with various tasks related to social media, resident events, owner walks, newsletters, community related tasks, and preparing owner reports.
Travel to and work onsite at assigned regional communities, floating between locations to provide office support and coverage as needed.
Conduct regular walks of apartments and properties to ensure optimal condition and presentation.
Direct and coordinate community activities across designated regions, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences.
