• Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Bid Leadership: Oversee qualitative bid submissions, ensuring excellence and alignment with delivery plans.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with estimating, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver winning proposals.

Requirements

• Commercial acumen and experience working with estimating, design, and commercial teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record in business development and bid writing within the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E or Civils construction bidding with a qualitative focus.
• Highly motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
