Perform site visits and field activities, such as observing and documenting existing conditions or taking measurements in a variety of environments.
Supervise and manage the performance, development, work quality, reporting, and activities of Engineers and CAD Designers within project budgets and schedules.
Design foundations for heavy process structures and equipment.
Perform site visits and meetings with clients and field personnel to establish scope of work.
Review requisitions, change orders, and other documents associated with projects.
Prepare and review concrete and structural steel designs and analyses per project specifications and applicable codes.

High English Compulsory. Minimum B2 certificate. Spanish.

Strong analytical skills, high level of problem solving and decision-making abilities.
10+ years of experience in a similar position.
Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.
Ability to manage a team and lead projects, strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Linear and non linear (ANSYS, Abacus, SAP).
