  • Assist with preparing technical reports, specifications, and documentation to support project execution.
  • Assist with transportation and drainage engineering projects, including roadways, trails, detention basins, and stormwater systems. Assist with utility coordination.
  • Works under the guidance of engineers to complete assigned work within budgeted timeframes.
  • Participates, as needed, in design meetings with engineering and client staff to fully understand expected project outcomes.
  • Help with Construction Phase Services such as overseeing contract compliance, site inspections, quality control, and project schedules.

  • A candidate with proficient knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience with Transportation or Drainage design projects
  • Effective Communication: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, valuing diverse perspectives and contributions.
  • A candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited four-year or graduate engineering university in relevant discipline
  • A Strong Work Ethic: We seek enthusiastic and driven individuals who are eager to learn.
  • Basic Proficiency in software such as OpenRoads, Geopak and/or Civil3D
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
