- Validate and analyze sales forecasts to ensure accurate data is used for demand planning.
- Prepare data, presentations, and reports for IBP meetings.
- Present insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Validate and analyze data from demand and supply teams to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Support the creation of long-range planning models that incorporate economic outlooks and alternative business scenarios.
- Conduct gap analyses on forecast vs. actuals and report on trends to improve performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, tools, and deliverables.
- Promote safety as the Number One priority of all OMG employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with strategic goals and market dynamics.
- Identify and analyze trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, such as a computer.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to talk and hear, both in person and by telephone.
- Strong presentation skills, ability to convey key messages through visualization and charts.
- Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to implement process improvement measures (understanding of Lean principles preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, including data collection and analysis, ability to identify and follow trends and reporting capability.
- Demonstrated success contributing as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 2+ years’ experience analyzing business processes (experience with IBP, SIOP and/or in a manufacturing environment preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science).
- Ability to drive cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
