Set meter base, disconnect, load center and related conduit
Pull electrical conductors and/or S/O cable and wire up equipment
When required pick up materials from local suppliers as needed to complete job
Work with crew to compile materials and equipment needed for each jobsite
Report to crew Foreman and/or Construction Manager daily
Install antennas, radios, cabinets, and other related RF equipment
Install equipment cabinets (both ground and pole mount) and make all power and RF/Fiber connections
Install coax jumpers, fiber jumpers, SFP’s, and related components

Level II or III candidate ideally would be able to trouble shoot connectivity (power, fiber, coax) once equipment is installed and powered Exposure to RF testing or experience operating PIM/Sweep gear considered a plus
Level I – (1) year experience with any type of construction preferred, Level II/III – 2-3 years’ experience preferred, but not required
Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to speak, write, and read English
Lineman experience working above primary power preferred
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Willingness or exposure to drive and properly use bucket trucks considered a plus. TEP will certify all bucket truck operators after onboarding
Ability to use standard hand tools, impact guns, antenna azimuth equipment
Basic knowledge of AC or DC power not required, but considered a plus
Must be confident in construction review and field implementation
Flexible to work shift work to include night time maintenance work and weekends when required
Experience with utility pole installation including wood and steel poles both direct embed and concrete foundation preferred, but not required
Level II or III candidate ideally would be able to perform Fiber testing onsite not required but preferred
Ability to work in a team as well as on their own
Ability to tow trailers behind work vehicles considered a plus
