Executive Director | Queensland

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director will take responsibility for the leadership, delivery, and performance of North’s Queensland business. This is not a business-as-usual role, as our Brisbane office is home to the best estimators, planners and constructability experts in the industry, with a proven track record across major civil infrastructure programs.

Lead North’s flagship team in Brisbane

• Can provide clients with targeted support including strategic advice based on detailed research and analysis of real world data.
• Leading a high-performing, civil infrastructure-focused business with unmatched capability in the market.

North has strong Quantity Surveying expertise and building capability across the business, with building continuing as a key growth sector for us. In Queensland, however, the focus is firmly on civil infrastructure. Success in this role requires recognised expertise in this domain whether from an advisory background, delivery leadership, or a related technical discipline.
