

Produces HVAC, fire, security and building automation systems to optimize and protect buildings globally.
In this role you will be the single point of contact for HVAC construction opportunities in your territory, handling chillers and air‑handling units. You will mentor the sales team, develop pricing strategies that maximize win rates, and align subject‑matter experts early to improve product positioning and project strategy.
You will lead bid and proposal processes, gather commercial and financial data, and balance financial outcomes with customer satisfaction. By applying market intelligence, historical win/loss data, and competitor insights, you will set optimized price levels and facilitate final price authorizations with global product and area leadership.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field and brings at least five years of HVAC sales or sales‑management experience. Knowledge of applied equipment such as chillers and air‑handling units, strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, and the ability to work remotely are essential.
