  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work meets the project specifications and design requirements.
  • Work within budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead the on-site construction subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure smooth project progression and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Manage project resources including labour, materials, and equipment.

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor running projects $10M+
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and quality standards.
