We have a new full‑time, permanent opportunity for a Multi‑Skilled Plasterer to join our Repairs team, covering Brighton, Crawley and surrounding areas.
Candidates must be skilled in plastering, show competence in other trades, and live within thirty miles of Brighton to reach all locations promptly.
We are a customer‑focused organisation, so you must be a fully qualified, experienced plasterer with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile, delivering high‑quality work in line with procedures and legislation.
This position requires a basic DBS check, which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
- Demonstrable competence within the primary trade (plastering).
- Multi‑trade skills sufficient for first‑time fix repairs.
- Experience in a customer‑focused environment meeting performance targets.
- Ability to work methodically, follow procedures, and accurately record data.
- Capability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, seeking advice when needed.
- Physical capability to perform tasks and lift weights per Health and Safety guidelines.
- Safe operation considering environmental circumstances and risks.
- Desirable: experience working within the social housing sector.
- Essential qualification: NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent competency.
