- Chair SEPA’s data governance and management groups.
- Ensure operational controls are in place to manage data risks.
- Drive the delivery and continuous improvement of metadata, data quality and master data management capabilities.
- Develop and maintain organisation-wide data policies, standards and procedures.
- Lead data literacy and enablement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish clear data ownership and stewardship.
- Define and implement SEPA’s data operating model and governance framework.

- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of data governance and management frameworks (e.g. DAMA, DCAM).
- Proven ability to work with business data owners and stewards to embed governance and improve data literacy.
- Hands-on experience of governance tools (e.g. Purview, Profisee, Collibra, Informatica, or similar).
- Deep understanding of data cataloguing, metadata, master data and data quality practices.
- Experience defining and applying data policies, standards, processes and risk controls.
