Troubleshoot and provide Tier 2/3 support for AV issues.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and construction documents.
Advanced knowledge of AV tools, platforms, and methodologies (Crestron, Extron, QSC, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, digital signage).
Travel as required; position requires onsite presence in Dallas office.
