The role focuses on delivering superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors, handling leasing activities, maintaining unit availability, processing applications and maintenance requests, and ensuring accurate resident documentation and move‑in coordination.
Physical demands include regular sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and occasional climbing, as well as extended periods of computer and phone use. The employee must be able to respond to auditory or visual alarms and be available for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Key competencies include strong communication, leadership, stress‑handling, collection, administrative, and time‑management abilities, a customer‑service orientation, sales experience, and knowledge of fair‑housing regulations.
Candidates should possess intermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and preferably familiarity with Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, or Resident Check. A high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, basic math proficiency, and at least one year of service‑industry experience are preferred.
Compensation ranges from $11 to $13 per hour, based on experience, and includes lease commissions and renewal bonuses. The position is part‑time, with an approximate schedule of 20 hours per week.
