  • Explore and identify other levers to crunch timelines. For example - pro-active alignment with forest officials and outsourcing agencies, wherever required to expedite work in case of bandwidth shortage.
  • Create customized accelerated plan for each project for obtaining Forest and Wildlife (F&WL) clearance to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Quality checks of Forest & Wildlife proposals before each submission to ensure all requirements for proposals have been fulfilled to achieve first time right.
  • Ensure strict Environment, Forest and Wildlife compliance of states and MoEF&CC.
  • Planning of budget to maintain Cost efficiency.
  • Support COE cell to Develop and Review the Environment, Forest and Wildlife Plans, Policies and Legal Frameworks.
  • Provide technical support across the Project, supporting Forest and Wildlife team by ensuring robust execution of end-end process as per guidelines for timely availability of Forest & Wildlife Clearances as well as Working Permission by achieving First Time Right (FTR).
  • Strengthen communication strategy by close co-ordination with the Forest officials at different levels for timely and speedy processing of proposals.
