Assist with document control process and maintenance of current contract documents.
Ensure pricing data is accurate and process flow of approvals is followed.
Complete field walks to gain thorough understanding of JHA’s and pretask planning. Review for understanding field safety and compliance items.
Work with project staff to incorporate safety preplanning into all phases of the projects.
Assist with preparation of assembling Contract Items List (CIL) and compliance.
Input correct data into CMiC.
Utilize volunteer time to support the community and foster GCON community relations.
Understand and assist with implementing project-specific Quality Control (QC) Plan.
Assist in monthly GC/GR forecasting and management.
Help develop subcontract labor projections for field to support Superintendent needs.
Utilize project closeout checklist to assemble project closeout documents as they are generated.
Participate in monthly payment application process and subcontractor invoice reviews and approvals.
Assist in developing pre-assembly meeting agendas and minutes.
Model GCON values on jobsite and interactions with subcontractors and clients.

Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use
Understand basic scheduling and assist with assembly of Long Lead Matrix; understand how documents are coordinated with Submittal Log and Project Schedule milestones.
Input Potential Change Orders (PCO) and Issues in CMiC, accurately.
Understand basics of GSTEPS
Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination
Lift/Carry: Up to 40lbs
Understand Request for Information (RFI) and submittal processes and impact to risk mitigation.
Know Step 1 “owners’ definition of success” on project.
Legs: Must be able to climb stairs
Ability to learn and adapt to technology platforms.
Complete/have completed OSHA 30-hour training with current certificate and complies with all safety regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, related field, or equivalent experience.
Speech: Sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio
Assemble & MS Project P6 or similar software platforms.
Understand GCON safety “Incident and Injury Free Environment (IIFE)”.
Hearing: Sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone and radio; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment
Computer Software Experience
Interpret safety scopes of work for contractors assigned to project. Confidently present safety-related information with the ability to respond to related questions.
Understand importance of Daily Construction Reports (DCR) and review for accuracy.
Ability and willingness for potential travel.
