As a Regional Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex programmes that are critical to our mission: providing clean, safe water and protecting the environment for generations to come.

  • Align delivery with organisational strategy and stakeholder priorities
  • Define and drive the programme vision, goals.
  • Champion continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews
  • Engage senior stakeholders with clear, confident communication
  • Ensure seamless transition of deliverables into business operations
  • Lead risk, issue, and dependency management across multiple projects
  • Responsibility for a regional capital investment programme of over £200m in Cumbria.
  • Responsibility for Health and Safety, schedule compliance and commercial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing programme team
  • Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance of a portfolio of over 60 projects.
  • Establish robust governance and reporting frameworks

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, high-value programmes.
  • A strong track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction infrastructure projects.
  • Professional qualification and membership of the Association for Project Management (APM).
