Assist in integrating multiple project schedules into a master schedule for portfolio or program-level planning.
Collaborate with project managers and teams to create accurate project timelines and ensure all schedule-related information is up to date.
Perform critical path and schedule variance analysis to ensure timely project completion.
Support project meetings by presenting schedule updates and discussing any issues or potential impacts on project delivery.
Track and manage schedule changes, ensuring proper documentation and approval for modifications.
Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure schedule accuracy and coordination across all project phases.
Assist with the preparation of schedule-related documentation to support claims or disputes, if necessary.
Ensure that schedules comply with contractual requirements and industry best practices.
Prepare regular schedule reports and updates for project stakeholders, including management and clients.
Perform work in a safe manner and actively encourage others to do the same.
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or other scheduling software.
Monitor project progress, identify schedule delays, and propose recovery plans to mitigate risks.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience working with project management teams to develop and maintain schedules.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software is required.
Experience in schedule analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
Strong knowledge of critical path method (CPM) scheduling and project controls.
Ability to communicate complex scheduling data to a variety of stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
