Uphold all Health & Safety, COSHH and company compliance requirements at all times
Act as a key point of escalation for guest concerns relating to cleanliness, presentation and hot tub safety
Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance development across both departments
Monitor KPIs including guest feedback, audit results and compliance records
Support the Housekeeping Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of both Housekeeping and Hot Tub operations
Oversee hot tub compliance including water testing, microbiological results and safety procedures
Ensure all lodges and hot tubs are cleaned, checked and presented to five-star standards
Lead and motivate teams to deliver consistently high standards across all accommodation and spa facilities
Coordinate with maintenance, sublet and operations teams to ensure lodges are guest-ready on time
Maintain strong stock control of cleaning supplies, chemicals, PPE and equipment
