As a Senior Interior Designer, your responsibilities will include leading the design and execution of interior spaces that meet both the functional and aesthetic needs of clients. Key tasks involve project management, collaborating with clients, developing designs, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and staying updated on design trends.

• Independently manage projects from concept to completion, delivering presentations, drawings and meeting contractual obligations.
• Communicate the company’s brand message through design, presentations, and professional conduct.
• Effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to translate design needs into actionable project requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions, including civil and fit‑out tenders.
• Oversee project supervision onsite and remotely, maintaining clear communication with team, clients and contractors.
• Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare presentations and drawings (3D, 2D, mood boards, mock‑ups, renderings) that align with client vision.
• Organize and maintain the materials library, ensuring samples are stocked and complement design narratives.
• Identify and specify FF&E, develop procurement schedules, and coordinate logistics.
• Ensure high level of organization and timely completion of all administrative tasks.
• Represent the company at industry events, speaking engagements, and on social media as required.
• Manage ID department deliverables, 3D team and interns, providing advice, training and performance management.
• Stay updated on industry trends to keep the studio competitive.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have strong, relevant experience in Hospitality, Luxury Residential and Commercial markets within the UAE with excellent creative thinking and management skills and be able to create designs based on conversations and a brief from clients. You should be able to demonstrate completed projects within Dubai, have a strong supplier network and confidence in presenting and managing third parties, contractors and client expectations. You should be able to manage a team, communicate instructions clearly and be able to work independently on delivering a project from start to finish.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design with at least 7 + years experience, primarily in the UAE.
• Proven interior design experience with creativity and passion, especially in luxury residential, hospitality and commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Strong creative, organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute projects and manage teams.
• Excellent reporting and writing skills in English.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Flexibility and availability for international travel as needed.
