Align operational goals with company growth objectives
Lead and mentor office directors and cross‑functional teams
🔹 Lead and coordinate initiatives across several offices, helping define regional strategy and growth.
✔ Proven regional or multi‑office leadership experience
✔ Strategic thinker with an ability to inspire and align teams
✔ P&L management experience
✔ Strong business development and client relationship skills
Own regional P&L performance and financial accountability
Location: Atlanta, GA (preferred) • Raleigh, NC • Charlotte, NC (flexible)
Salary: $230,000 – $250,000
