Innovation Program Coordinator

Description

As an Innovation Program Coordinator based at ALEC, you’ll play a vital role in enabling our diverse businesses to succeed. From strategy and governance to enabling services and shared expertise, you’ll help shape the operational backbone that empowers our teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients across the region.

• Assist in preparing briefs, summary reports, and insights for program updates
• Support the tracking and documentation of innovation success stories and use cases.
• Host or co-host events, ensuring smooth flow, participant engagement, and a positive experience for attendees.
• Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for regular updates.
• Manage program communication plans to ensure seamless delivery.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing program events, workshops, and activation sessions.
• Prepare onboarding materials, step-by-step guides, and informational content for participants.
• Support the administration of innovation management tools (idea platforms, dashboards, etc.).
• Upload content, track submissions, and maintain accurate platform data.
• Help design engagement activities such as quizzes, surveys, and interactive sessions to boost participation.
• Provide on-site logistical and operational support during events.
• Draft internal announcements and communications related to innovation initiatives.

Requirements

Are you an organized and dynamic Innovation Program Coordinator ready to drive impactful programs, engage teams, and bring creative ideas to life through seamless coordination and inspiring experiences?

• Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about emerging technologies
• Proficient in MS Office, collaboration tools, and event platforms
• Familiarity with innovation tools, dashboards, or tech projects is a plus
• 4–5 years of experience in program coordination, events, innovation, or administrative support
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to tight timelines
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and deadline management
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Innovative, tech-savvy, and open-minded problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications/Marketing, or related field
