Identify and secure new business opportunities in the South (focus: BMU / cradle systems).
Manage the full sales process: prospecting, site surveys, specifications, quotations, and contract negotiation.
Represent PTSG professionally at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Carry out technical site visits and surveys, producing system specifications, risk assessments, method statements, and technical reports.
Manage your own diary effectively, balancing travel, customer visits, and internal collaboration.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, correct resourcing, and accurate costings.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory standards (e.g. EN standards, safety compliance) to inform commercial strategy.
Prepare accurate estimates and bids for systems, repairs, and remedial works.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.

Strong organisational skills, able to handle multiple opportunities at once.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Full UK driving licence with flexibility for travel across the South (and occasional UK-wide).
Prior experience with BMUs, cradles, or façade access equipment (highly desirable).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
Skilled in preparing technical specifications, proposals, and reports.
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Proven experience in sales and estimating, ideally within BMU, façade access, or similar capital equipment.
Strong engineering/technical background (mechanical, structural, façade, or suspended access systems).
