The New Business and Acquisitions manager will be responsible for identifying, appraising, and securing growth opportunities, including land and development purchases, partnerships, and other growth opportunities. FCHO’s growth strategy focuses on meeting the needs of our customers and the local area, so an excellent eye for detail, design and placemaking, alongside an in-depth understanding of affordable housing appraisal and delivery is essential for the role.

FCHO are seeking an experienced New Business and Acquisitions Manager to drive their ambitious growth plans, in delivering much needed new homes across Oldham and the surrounding areas.

  • Working knowledge of Homes England funding
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or suitable equivalent experience
  • Experience of taking land opportunities from concept to legal completion
  • Knowledge of the planning system, both local and national policy
  • Experience in appraisal models, particularly within affordable housing development
