Senior ICT Designer

Description

• Design integrated electronic security systems
• Calculate electrical power loads, determine UPS requirements, and create single‑line diagrams
• Produce complete construction documents
• Investigate assignment variables to meet objectives
• Perform security system/electrical engineering tasks independently with general direction from the Project Manager
• Write security system specifications, conduct reviews, and collaborate directly with owners
• Assist Designers, Project Coordinators, and Technicians throughout all phases of the security design process
• Conduct QA/QC on work performed by Project Coordinators or Technicians

Requirements

• CPP certification (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum five years of security design experience and proficiency with Autodesk
• RCDD certification and Electrical Engineering degree (helpful)
• Demonstrated attitude and commitment to active participation in HDR’s employee‑owned culture
