- Compile and Complete balance sheet reconciliation Process with Project Controllers and Financial Analysts for in control certification with Head of Finance.
- Complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings tasks. This includes but not limited to: ADSTAR processing, quarterly audit support, monthly journal entries, cost analysis, and assigned affiliate reconciliations.
- Support the development of the annual budget and 5 Year Plan by looking at trends, capturing information on new orders, revenue turnover, aligning with stakeholders on growth and presenting to management for alignment and approval.

- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of ledger processes and controls, including testing and monitoring of those controls. i.e. Invoicing, Cost Management, Revenue Recognition, Balance Sheet Management, RIC, & other central activities. Drive quarterly balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analysis with relevant comments to multiple management levels and auditors
- Prepare Monthly Forecasting for review with Management, input into multiple tools, and prepare slide decks incorporating major changes to budget, previous forecast and pervious year and prepare monthly cost center expense variance analysis and entries/adjustments as required.

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, en finances ou dans un domaine connexe requis CPA, ou inscription à un programme CPA, un atout
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business degree is required. CPA or enrolled in CPA Program is a plus
- Maîtrise d’Excel et des produits MS Office, y compris Power BI et CoPilot Expérience liée au système SAP, un atout
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
