The role focuses on customer service, representing JLL in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. It involves fostering a sense of community, welcoming employees at reception and entrances, and ensuring workspaces such as desks, conference rooms, and pantries are stocked and maintained.
In events management, you will process daily event orders, monitor room layout, décor, rentals, and catering, and accommodate last‑minute changes. You will coordinate with outside vendors, the catering manager, event organizers, and the events setup team to ensure smooth execution.
Food program support includes monthly audits, invoice verification, and quarterly KPI reporting. You will work closely with the onsite F&B manager to adjust food order quantities based on headcount and guest needs, and ensure high‑quality food service for the office and events.
Site operations require implementing industry best practices, conducting inspections, and seeking improvements in operational standards and cost effectiveness. Responsibilities also cover preparing monthly waste and energy management reports and acting as the regional SME for events management.
Health and safety duties involve maintaining the site induction register, training vendors and employees, and ensuring compliance with insurance, legal, and safety obligations. Vendor management tasks include assisting the facilities manager with procurement, overseeing contractor performance, and maintaining the vendor register.
Finance management entails handling purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing vendor payments in JDE, ensuring all financial requirements are completed accurately and timely.
Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility or property management, operations, or commercial real estate. Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, strong English communication, and adaptability to new technology.
Personal attributes sought are exceptional customer service, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, and the capability to work under pressure with limited supervision.
