Route and secure wiring harnesses, connectors, and control systems.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist mechanical assembly operators as required.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to prevent work related injuries.
Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
Exceed our production benchmarks by completing specific tasks within the designated timeframe, playing a key role in the collective success of our team objectives.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Properly use applicable safety equipment, including but not limited to eye protection, hearing protectors, steel-toe boots, and hard hats. Loose-fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
In coordination with PQA and Engineering Departments conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of potential electrical connectivity issues.

3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
Electrical certifications or technical training.
Ability to meet specific OSHA and ANSI weight limits of 265 lbs. or less.
Speak and understand English fluently to effectively communicate safety and job-related information, follow safety instructions, and collaborate with English-speaking supervisors and team members.
Familiarity with multimeters, crimping tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to achieve and maintain crane operator certification (Required)
Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System is a plus.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical administered by a medical examiner to ensure the ability to safely perform job functions and meet the physical demands of the position.
Willingness to obtain relevant electrical safety certifications.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with overhead crane operation.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience in wind turbines, industrial, or automotive electrical systems.
Must be able to pass a respiratory fit test (as Required).
