Complete all required operating and quality reports accurately and on time.
Bend, twist, stoop, sit, kneel, crawl, push, and pull as needed.
Apply bar code tags to bundles according to established standards.
Maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance as an essential function of the role.
Identify and mark non-conforming bundles that appear out of specification.
Maintain an adequate supply of banding and operational materials to minimize downtime.
Use SAP and printing equipment to produce bar code tags or prepare hand tags as needed.
Reach in all directions to complete job tasks.
Work from rolling schedules and SAP to process products in the correct size, gauge, length, and bundle configuration.
Perform gauge checks using a micrometer on each bundle and record results.
Cut and pull samples for testing when required to support quality processes.
Set up and operate bundling equipment and strapping machines to meet production requirements.
Check bundle lengths according to specifications to ensure accuracy.
Communicate with the cut-off operator and crane operators to maintain continuous production flow.

Tube mill manufacturing experience preferred.
Visual acuity sufficient to read and record numerical data.
Walk or stand for extended periods during the shift.
2–4 year degree in a related field preferred; candidates with relevant process knowledge or workforce management experience may be considered.
Demonstrates attention to detail, professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
