Resolves job site technical issues encountered during execution of construction projects
Directs project construction planning, safety, cost control, and scheduling activities

Demonstrated experience in timely proposal preparation and cost estimation
Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with construction/facility projects of similar scope, size and complexity
Possess an active TS/SCI with adjudicated CI polygraph or Host Nation TS/PV clearance.
Experience integrating project schedules
A degree in Project Management, Civil, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers and sub-contractors
Knowledge of U.S. government exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating, and executing support to special events
Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000)
Experience in operations management, construction/renovation projects
Experience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects
