Construction Applications Consultant

Description

• Support in the further development of tools in line with company standards for cost estimation, controlling, and the procurement process.
• Introduction and training of construction applications and other internally developed software tools.
• Technical supervision and support of the company’s construction applications, such as iTWO, Powerproject, and the procurement platform Ivalua.
• Involvement in further development of technical concepts for our IT projects, such as Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Requirements

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• A personality committed to achieving high standards for the further development and optimization of solutions and processes.
• Willingness to travel within the area of operation.
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Initial experience in the construction industry is preferable – ideally in cost estimation, construction management, or procurement.
• Good English language skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-site teams.
• Completed study in Civil Engineering (specialization in construction management), Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study or training in the construction industry.
