Provide cost proposals as a result of deficiency reports generated by field technicians
Manage material, labor, and project budget throughout project lifetime.
Create or review all take-off sheets to coordinate with the sheet metal/pipe fabrication shop foreman to ensure proper fabrication and determine delivery schedule.
Prepare change orders for additions and deletions and direct field foremen to complete.
Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
Develop and maintain customer relationships with owners, developers, architects, and contractors.
Manage activities during warranty timeframe.
Provide value engineering and budgeting, as necessary.
Participate in preliminary job/safety walk meetings, monthly billing meeting, regular job site inspections and final close out meetings.
Generate and follow up on internal and new project sales leads.
Work with Foreman and Purchasing on material and equipment procurements.

Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Expert knowledge of and interconnection between mechanical piping and HVAC systems.
Read, interpret, and understand construction plans, drawings, and specifications at an expert level.
Writing – Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
Active Listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Experience with design and estimating of HVAC, plumbing and process systems.
