Work closely with other Infrastructure Leads, the Operations team, and Engagement Managers to resolve escalated issues, ensure service continuity, and maintain overall system reliability.
Support governance and security activities, including compliance checks, access management, and audit documentation.
Assist in managing vendor performance to ensure service levels, cost effectiveness, and quality delivery.
Support day-to-day operations across infrastructure platforms (networking, compute, storage, cloud, and security).
Assist in developing network, voice, and security architectures, with emphasis on Cisco Meraki (Wi-Fi, switching, and firewalls).
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements.
Participate in integration design between infrastructure systems and hospitality-related applications (HSIA, IPTV, PABX, Door Lock, CCTV).
Prepare technical proposals and documentation, and present solution options to internal stakeholders.
Support the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions for new property developments, hotel openings, and business initiatives..
