The Service Manager will lead repair and maintenance activities, coordinate work schedules, manage parts inventory, train mechanics, and liaise with equipment vendors. Responsibilities also include documenting equipment status, handling customer complaints, promoting safety, and maintaining accurate service records and work orders.
Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and have extensive experience repairing self‑propelled platforms and lifts. The ideal applicant possesses strong planning, supervisory, and safety knowledge, as well as computer, reporting, and inventory management skills.

Base pay ranges from $64,790 to $76,938, with the starting rate varying by location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, disability, life and travel insurance, tuition reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program.
Paid time off includes 12‑25 vacation days based on years of service, five sick days, six holidays, two half‑day holidays, two floating holidays, an inclusion day, and a volunteer day. Eligibility for benefits begins on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
