Proven excellence in project and commercial management, leading multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile, technically challenging projects.
Chartership with Engineers Australia (CPEng), other registrations highly regarded.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging clients, contractors, consultants, and senior project teams.
Demonstrated leadership and personal drive to be a senior industry authority, mentoring engineers and fostering a high-performance, technically capable team.
Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with (ideally) 20+ years of consultancy experience delivering complex structural engineering projects.
Extensive technical expertise in structural design, with deep knowledge of Australian codes, standards and regulations.
