Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and a safe working environment.
Follow Chubb’s quality assurance procedures and safety policies.
Accurately document work completed in service records and job sheets.
Conduct inspections, testing and refurbishment of components.
Service, maintain and repair fire protection equipment (including extinguishers, hose reels, and related devices) in accordance with Australian Standards / relevant regulations.
Prepare and assemble new equipment ready for delivery and installation.
Collaborate with field technicians, customer service teams, and supply chain to meet client deadlines.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Previous experience as a workshop technician, trades assistant, or similar role in fire protection or related industry (mechanical/electrical).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
