The Senior Adviser – Strategic People Projects will lead the continuous improvement of QR Perform, the performance management program delivered through SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals. The role ensures the annual performance cycle runs smoothly and aligns organisational goals with everyday objectives.
- Lead development and refresh of the development goal library and associated tools.
- Manage and deliver performance review cycles, including planning, calibration, communication and rollout.
- Optimise and support administration of QR Perform via SAP SuccessFactors.
- Align organisational goals with individual objectives to drive outcomes.
- Create engaging communication and education strategies for the performance program.
- Produce resources, guides and development plans to support professional growth.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver value‑adding employee experience programs.
