Provide first-response technical assistance to Welltower employees.
Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware and software issues.
Support the creation of ETL processes to extract data from internal and external systems using SQL and REST APIs.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams.
Contribute to Welltower’s automation strategy by helping build innovative solutions.
Collaborate with IT team members to learn and apply techniques in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Help model data within a centralized database to optimize for reporting and analysis.
Use business intelligence tools such as Tableau to create reports and conduct analysis.
