Project Manager

Description

• Assist project managers for selected accounts.
• Effectively assist in recognizing issues with the delivery and performance.
• Secondary focal point for all customer relationship issues.
• Identify and ensure we meet all customer expectations: Scope of work or SLAs, Equipment, Professional services, and reporting & billing process
• Identify and ensure we meet all customer expectations.
• Ensure quality service.
• Maintain project scheduling, reporting, and timely billing.
• Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company and OSHA.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• College education or degree highly desirable
• Available during normal business hours 8 am – 5 pm
• Project coordinator skills
• Highly proficient with the use of personal computer, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs
• Must work in Office located in Mt. Laurel, NJ
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete projects within budget.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills
