Job Summary: Responsible for specialized warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, forklift, counter, or a generalized role working in all departments.
Nature and Scope: Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non‑routine or problem areas from supervisor. Deviations from the norm are cleared by the supervisor. Under close supervision, exercises limited latitude/independent judgment. Work typically involves detailed checks or close review of output by a senior coworker and/or supervisor.
- Complete loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods.
- Load and unload materials to/from designated storage areas and stack lumber, boards, or pallets.
- Install protective devices (bracing, padding, strapping) to prevent item shifting or damage.
- Verify system inventory matches floor inventory.
- Maintain work area condition and follow safety policies, encouraging others to do the same.
- Operate forklift safely.

Work Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Conditions could produce mild discomfort on occasion. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for periods exceeding 60 minutes, and perform repetitive movements such as using a 10‑key, bending, or squatting. No travel required.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred. 0‑2 years of experience in the area of responsibility is required.
- Demonstrate knowledge of machines and tools.

Minimum Pay is $17.50.
