The incumbent prepares monthly journal entries, validates general ledger and accrual accounts, and assembles combined financial statements with explanatory text. They coordinate the monthly financial package, participate in financial meetings, assist with year‑end closings, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal control standards.
The position requires either an accredited bachelor’s degree or a high‑school diploma/GED combined with four years of relevant experience; an additional three years of related work experience is preferred.
The role involves repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, prolonged sitting, and routine office tasks such as talking, hearing, and using standard office equipment.
