  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for project teams, architects, consultants, and contractors on design workflows and BIM tool functionalities.
  • Ensure accurate integration/linkage of BIM models with item master data and ERP (SAP) systems.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, design consultants, contractors, and technology partners.
  • Gather user feedback, provide ongoing support, and refine tools and processes during scale-up phases.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives incorporating industry best practices.
  • Report on tool rollout status, user adoption, and project milestones.
  • Track user engagement and adoption metrics, implementing interventions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Resolve operational issues, escalate technical bugs, and ensure timely closure.
  • Lead BIM implementation efforts including configuration of design collaboration and document management modules.
  • Support testing, user onboarding, training, and troubleshooting during BIM tool rollout.
  • Coordinate with BIM service providers, ERP teams, and implementation partners.
  • Collaborate in designing and implementing BI dashboards and KPIs for tracking design function performance.
  • Manage BIM standards, templates, folder structures, and access control permissions.
  • Monitor project progress and performance trends to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Understand and analyse detailed design processes from conceptual design to sanction drawing requirements, bill of quantities, and GFC issuance.
  • Co-develop and standardize templates, workflows, and checklists for design and review processes.
  • Analyse project data using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), generate actionable insights, and drive adoption among stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong background in BIM, Business Intelligence (BI), and design to lead and support enterprise digital transformation efforts within design functions. This role combines hands-on tool implementation and configuration with strategic BIM management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve design workflows, data visibility, and project outcomes.

  • Strong skills in process design, functional analysis, tool configuration, and user training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • 5–10 years’ experience in design functions within real estate, infrastructure, or construction domains.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Agile, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems integration (preferably SAP) and analytics/reporting solution rollout.
