VP of Strategy

Description

• Lead operational reviews on business performance and priority progress (e.g. monthly/quarterly business reviews).
• Facilitate leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, strategic offsites, and advisory board materials.
• Translate high-level goals into actionable initiatives and KPIs, ensuring clear accountability, timelines, and performance tracking
• Support investor/parent company communications with strategic narratives and performance insights.
• Manage a strong team, hire and retain top talent, and build team culture.
• Lead strategic analysis and scenario planning to evaluate new opportunities (e.g. product expansion, channel partnerships, M&A).
• Lead cross functional efforts across EnFin and the larger Qcells organization to drive projects from ideation stage to implementation while maintaining visibility and buy-in from all stakeholders.
• Partner with the CEO and other members of the EnFin leadership team to define and continuously refine the company’s strategic roadmap, business model evolution, and long-term growth priorities
• Drive key leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities.

Requirements

• Experienced in leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading process reengineering initiatives that improved operational efficiency.
• Experience effectively absorbing, processing, and communicating important data.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the financial systems and financial service sector.
• Experience operating within a multinational corporate environment a strong plus.
• Minimum of 10-15+ years of progressive work experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, finance, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• Solar Industry experience (Renewable)
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business transformation.
• Master's degree in business or finance.
• Consistently recognized for optimizing processes to create scalable, efficient operations, resulting in improved customer experience.
• Experience with advanced financial modeling and analysis tools.
