Verifies transfers and terminations in Peoplesoft.
Calculates and prepares off cycle checks.
Balance bi-weekly payroll reports including earnings, deductions and taxes.
Process ex patriot taxes
Reconciles deduction and withholding accounts.
Calculate and remit Bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly taxes.
Ensures confidentiality of all information.
Maintains spreadsheets of quarterly and annual tax data for required reporting.
Completes employment verifications.
Prepares Journal Entries for bi-weekly payroll and off cycle payrolls.
Performs various payroll calculations and correction of errors.
