We’re seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects across Southern California. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality control, and keep projects on schedule and budget.

Strong background in retail, restaurant, or banking projects
Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules
5+ years of supervisory experience in construction
Clean driving record and willingness to travel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
