Civil Engineering | Project Engineer

Description

• Support management of public and private land‑development projects, handling schedule, budget, client communication, and overall design under a Project Manager.
• Monitor junior staff performance to ensure work stays within scope and budget.
• Oversee project budgets and manage CAD/design tasks performed by junior team members.
• Assist in preparing task budgets for proposals and generate reports based on data gathered by junior staff.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Possess current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and industry trends, including proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Preferred: active California Professional Engineer (PE) license and experience in architecture, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firms.
