Their work helps homeowners take the first step toward transforming their spaces.
We prefer candidates with 1–2 years in a customer‑facing role such as retail, hospitality, service, or sales, but motivated beginners are welcome. Essential qualities include excellent communication, a results‑driven mindset, a coachable attitude, and a passion for learning. Availability on weekends, some weekday flexibility, and reliable transportation for regional travel are required.

The role offers a competitive base pay of $18 per hour plus uncapped commission and bonus incentives; average performers add about $500 per paycheck, while top performers can earn $70,000–$90,000 annually.
