Sr. Manager Commodity - EMS &PCBA

Description

• Develop and Manage EMS vendors for Bloom Energy Electronic commodity which includes
• Develop commodity strategies to align with Bloom Energy’s growth roadmap.
• Define cost structures and develop should cost models.
• Support product development roadmap incorporating design change and implementation to current and future product lines.
• Perform market analysis and forecast industry trends.
• Collaborate with Cross Functional team to assess, understand, and prioritize business needs.

Requirements

• 3 -4 years in program management role in EMS is preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Own sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management function
• Strong negotiation skills
• 10+ years experience, BE Electronics / Electrical
• Ability to problem-solve and influence others through relationships and data.
• Confident in working in a high-pace dynamic environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure task completion and deadlines are met.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point and ERP
• Should have experienc managing a team
• Ability to multitask and effectively communicate progress and risks.
• A quick learner and team player, exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical knowledge on EMS process like PCBA, Box build etc. is preferred
• Good communications Skills
